How to play the RichManGame
RichManGame is a massive multiplayer online game of business strategy with very simple rules. Your goal is to maximize your networth through various corporate actions and make yourself the richest person in the RichManGame.
In the game, you will have to develop a portfolio of assets in order to generate cash. Every good businessman learns that it takes money to make money. So, with the cash generated from assets you have, you can start building a stronger and larger asset base. Your score is calculated as below:
Networth = Cash + Total Asset Value (TAV)
The person with the highest networth at the end of each round wins the game.

Getting Started
You start off with $100,000 cash in hand and 160 turns. Choose the right assets, generate enough cash, reinvest and watch your business expand. Not that easy! Peaceful expansion will take you only so far, and you'll need to takeover your opponents' assets in order to go further.
As your skill grows and your strategies proven to be effective, you can develop your own winning formula to keep you on top of all the players.
Turns
RichManGame is organized in a turn-based system. In every hour, you will receive 10 turns. While some of the corporate actions you choose will consume turns, several will not. All scores will be reset on a weekly basis.
There is a maximum of 500 turns you can store; once you surpass this limit, extra turns will simply disappear.
Assets
Asset is the most important resources in the game as you need assets to generate cash. There are 8 types of assets with different asset values and cash generation power per turn. These assets are such as Farm, Shop, Restaurant, Factory, Hypermarket, Hotel, Bank and Casino. Having asset is vital for any business to succeed, it is far more useful when it is acquired productively.
Cash In Hand
You need cash to expand your assets base, maintaining profitable cash generating asset base therefore become one of your critical success factor. As you start to expand your asset base and reach a certain milestones, you will be granted various awards. These awards can be stripped from you should you fall below these milestones. Each award will provide benefit in the form of cash bonus for you.

In the game, you have to maximize your networth through effective corporate actions. These corporate actions are:
Build an asset
The cheapest way to gain an asset is to build it yourself. It will cost you 2 turns to build an asset. It is a very good option to start off with when you don't have a large cash flow for acquisition or takeover actions.
Acquire an asset
Another way of expanding your asset base is through acquisition. Acquisition requires only 1 turn. The market price of acquiring an asset depends on the demand of such assets in market.
Dispose an asset
At any point in time you might have a strategic reason to dispose of your assets. Disposal of your assets will not cost you any turn. The resale value of asset disposition depends on the scarcity of such assets in market.
Hostile Takeover
To become the best, you will eventually need to challenge others. Hostile takeover requires 6 turns and $1,000,000 cash in hand. You can grab as many of your opponents asset in a single takeover. In any takeover actions, the system will automatically target the most expensive assets that your opponents have in possession.
However, you have to pay 50% more than the assets value to your opponent for any of the assets acquired through a takeover action. In addition, you are ONLY allowed to perform 100 takeover actions in each round of game.
Generate Cash
Any business will face occasional cash shortage. This option allows you to use turns for the sole purpose of generating cash. The amount of cash you can generate depending on the portfolio of assets you currently have in possession.
Other Game Options
Marketplace
The marketplace lets you trade your non-productive assets for turns.
Bonus Mission
Complete any of the 24 bonus missions in the game to win cash prizes.
Portfolio
This gives you a summary of your assets in possession. It shows you your assets by grouping, your return on assets and the total amount of cash you can generate per turn.
Scoreboard
These options show you the top players in the existing game. It also shows your ranking among all of the players on RichManGame.
Player Search
When selecting players to interact with, the Player Search option helps you to locate other players based on their RMG ID.
Messaging
Communicating with other players is, of course, essential for you to compete and grow. This option allows you to send message to other players. You can check your mailbox to read the latest message from others.
Happenings
You can get the first hand takeover news that happened worldwide updated in a daily basis. This information is crucial for you to plan well for your takeover strategy and actions.
Account
This menu allows you to change your password, view your account information or delete your account.
Logout
You can select the Logout option to disconnect your session with RichManGame.com.
Your First 200 Turns
You should spend most of your turns in building up your asset base. Do not gain any assets through acquisition since it proves to be a bit costly for a start. Generate a strong portfolio of assets and start planning your takeover strategy. Do not start taking over other player assets until you are ready and well prepared.
A rule of thumb is to have at least $5,000,000 in total asset value that can generate at least $1,000,000 cash in hand in 2-3 turns in order to facilitate a well planned takeover strategy.
Please bear in mind that, this game emphasizes on long term strategy planning. A sudden jump in your ranking might not proves that you are better than the others; rather it is just the signal that you are not planning effectively for a long term gain.

All inactive accounts > 2 weeks (except Premium Accounts) will be deleted.
